Refund policy
Please contact sales@societeebrandapparel.com if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit (if the item isn't available) ONLY. There are no refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges may apply.
To start a return, you can contact at sales@societeebrandapparel.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on hats, face masks, or sale items.
